Transportation
Are you arriving by plane?
A transfer from the airport to the accommodation can be ordered in advance.
The price of transportation is 40€ per direction (up to 8 people per van).
Transportation between the venue and accommodation
To promote carbon reduction activities, the organizer will cooperate with Nextbike by TIER, the city’s public bike rental service, and provide free use of the public network to all participants. Additional stations will be set up near the event venue and official accommodation (where possible).
Shuttle bus service
The service must be ordered in advance (before April 15) and costs 15€ per trip (up to 8 people per van).
Renting a van or arriving by your vehicle?

Food & Drink
For lunch, our catering partner will prepare 4 different warm meals each day (3 meat options + 1 vegetarian) and deliver them to the playing area.
The price of each meal includes water or beer.
Attendees who opt for a meal will receive an additional form with meal options to select from.
For dinner, the catering partner will offer 2 additional warm meals, meaning there will be a total of 6 meal options to choose from for dinner, also delivered to the playing area.
PRICE
Lunch (with a drink included) is priced at 9€.
Dinner (with a drink included) is priced at 9€.
The combined price for both lunch and dinner is 16€.
